My Hatha Yoga classes are designed to help increase Flexibility, Mobility, Agility, Strength, and Balance.

Many of my clients commit to 2+ sessions a week with differing goals, including stress and anxiety relief, improved balance, musculoskeletal alignment and symmetry, pain management, and good old-fashioned stretching and strengthening.
