Evidence-Based Yoga

  • There are various types of Yoga and teaching styles; as such, it is important to research the various styles in order to find the program and venue that is right for your clientele. ​

  • My Hatha Yoga classes are designed to help increase Flexibility, Mobility, Agility, Strength, and Balance.

  • Many of my clients commit to 2+ sessions a week with differing goals, including stress and anxiety relief, improved balance, musculoskeletal alignment and symmetry, pain management, and good old-fashioned stretching and strengthening.

  • Class options include:

    • Chair & Chair Assisted

    • Mat/Floor​
