Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and philosophical practices, disciplines, and exercises. A well designed Yoga program can help improve your Quality of Life. There are various types of Yoga and teaching styles; as such, it is important to research the various styles in order to find the program and venue that is right for you.
My Hatha Yoga classes are designed to help you increase Flexibility, Mobility, Agility, and Balance. Many of my clients commit to 2+ sessions a week with differing goals, including stress and anxiety relief, improved balance, musculoskeletal alignment and symmetry, pain management, and good old fashioned stretching.
